Enjoy unparalleled Boston wedding reception sites at Hyatt Regency Boston, which encompass a wide range of special amenities and services.  Allow us to assist you as you plan for your most remarkable day so it is memorable for all the right reasons.

Every wedding – no matter how large or small – involves many details to be looked after.  To make your planning easier, we have compiled this list of items you may not have considered in the excitement of creating your special day.  Other questions are answered in the FAQ section. Of course, your dedicated wedding specialist is on hand to answer any other questions or concerns you may have regarding your Boston wedding reception location.

  • Seating Arrangements and Room Set-up – Most rooms can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table.
  • Dance Floor and Risers - These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.
  • Ceremony Room – Hyatt Regency Boston can create a ceremony room, set in round or chapel style. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style.
  • Order of Events – From traditional to your own unique vision, allow your wedding specialist to assist you in deciding the flow of your day.
  • Audio-Visual equipment – Our onsite audio-visual experts can help you execute your ideas, from a slide show to special lighting.
  • Ice Sculptures – Our team of culinary experts can create an ice sculpture to match your theme, from simple to the most elaborate ideas.
  • Parking – Valet Parking and self-parking options in our attached 1000-space garage are available for your guests.
  • Gold Passport - Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at the Hyatt Regency Boston. Two points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5 p.m. Points can be used toward future overnight accommodations.
  • Pricing - A Food and Beverage minimum is applied to all events at Hyatt Regency Boston. A non-refundable deposit will be required with the signed contract. Your final balance is due five business days prior to your wedding. Our menus and pricing are subject to change without notice until a final contract is signed. AllFood and Beverageis subject to a Service Charge and Sales Tax.
  • Guarantee - A final number of guests is required three business days prior to your event. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. The hotel will prepare meals for 3% over the guaranteed count. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
