Lower Lobby
Berkshire / Marblehead / Quincy / Rockport
Looking for a meeting space that is large enough to host your colleagues without it overwhelming them? These newly-renovated rooms on the lower lobby provide numerous options. The recent renovations included updates to the carpet and wall coverings as well as improved lighting.  Hold a small exhibit in Marblehead. Set up Berkshire in a U-shaped forum for 25. Use Quincy's 1,127 square feet for a 150 person reception.

Main Lobby – Third Floor
Atrium
A fantastic bar and free-flowing room dimensions will inject vitality into your 200 person banquet or reception for 350. Bring your event to life in this generous 2,050 square foot space.
Chatham
Petite yet elegant and functional, Chatham (newly renovated in 2010) will impress your board members. Throw an intimate banquet for 48 in the 585 square foot space.

Cape Cod
The largest room (newly renovated in 2010) on the main lobby at 2,274 square feet, Cape Cod is an ideal venue for a theatre-style presentation. Arrange the room in a hollow square to seat 62 for your next focus group.
Nantucket
Prefer a conventional room? Nantucket's rectangular shape lends itself to hold 18 six foot long exhibit tables. Train your sales force of 80 a la classroom-style in this lovely salon with taupe walls and dark crown molding with adjacent outdoor terrace. This room features a new modern sophisticated look with new carpet and wall covering.

Fourth Floor
Grand Ballroom
Do you dream of hosting your event in a stunning setting? This 5,046 square foot ballroom is accented by exquisite crystal chandeliers surrounded by gold-leaf tray ceilings and beautifully paneled periwinkle walls. Floor-to-ceiling mirrors create the illusion of a more expansive space. Lead your guests through French doors to an outdoor terrace.  Divide the room in half for a smaller affair to accommodate up to a 150 person banquet or use the whole room to stage an awards ceremony theatre-style for 700.
Adrienne Salon
An oval-shaped area adjacent to the Grand Ballroom, Adrienne Salon makes a unique pre-event gathering spot. Check-in meeting registrants in this 1,560 square foot space. Arrange it in a u-shape for 45 to encourage an energetic dialogue. Ideal for intimate banquets.
Cambridge/Concord/Dedham/Duxbury/Ipswich/Lexington/Plymouth/Sturbridge
Cambridge and Ipswich, 368 and 400 square feet, respectively, are designated as permanent board rooms. Moderate your meeting for 13 or 16, respectively. These spaces are elegant with traditional furnishings. Other rooms are perfect for working lunches of 20 to 60. They have convenient access to the business center, restrooms and the dramatic Grand Ballroom and outdoor terrace.

Marlborough Room
The newest addition to Hyatt Regency Boston's meeting space the Marlborough Room, located on the 4th floor is elegant with traditional decor. Enjoy vaulted ceilings, mahogany trim, and new energy efficient lighting. With 357 square feet, it is the perfect place to have an executive meeting.

22nd Floor
Presidential Suite
Create a more residential feel for your next banquet of 40 or reception for 75. At 3,000 square feet, the Presidential Suite is equipped with a large parlor, dining room, study and bedroom. Serve cocktails out on the generous terrace overlooking Boston. Store snacks and drinks in the pantry for a break during your board meeting for 16 or work lunch for 25.
Outdoor Terrace
After a long day of meetings or indoor training sessions, there's nothing like getting outside. Extend your brainstorming session on our outdoor terrace. Relax and bond with colleagues in this urban oasis. Retreat here for a cool respite after a day at the Hynes Convention Center.
