Swedish Massage - Exceptional for increasing circulation, decreasing muscle toxins, improving flexibility while easing tension. $140

Deep Tissue - Deeply addresses tight muscle groups without going past the point of resistance. Very beneficial for physical and mental stress reduction, athletic peak performance and overall toning. $150

Sports Massage - Typically used before, during, or after athletic events to energize the muscles and help prevent injuries. The main purpose is to help alleviate the stress and tension which builds up in the body’s soft tissues during physical activity. $150

Hot Stone Massage - Feel your stress melt away as your therapist lays steaming, polished river rocks, rich in nourishing mineral content along your back. The hot stones promote deep relaxation, leaving you renewed and rejuvenated. $190 (only available for 90 or 120 min)

Reflexology - Focuses mainly on the hands and feet using specific targeted points to send signals to the brain and balance the nervous system. Endorphins are released throughout the entire body, reducing stress and returning the body to equilibrium. $140

Prenatal - Includes many elements of a Swedish massage. Reduces anxiety, stress and relieves muscle aches and pains especially in the lower back, neck, hips and legs. This also reduces swelling, enhances pliability of skin and reduces stress on weight bearing joints. $150

Beauty Massage - Rejuvenates the face by invigorating blood and lymph flow to the skin, making the face feel smooth, vibrant and luminous. Includes treatments to reduce and prevent the formation of cellulite, minimize the appearance of wrinkles and increase production of endorphins. You will receive a back exfoliation treatment and salt/sugar scrub to soften and awaken your back. $150
