These meeting rooms on the lower lobby provide an abundance of privacy and feature updates to the carpet and wall coverings, as well as improved lighting. Hold a small exhibit in Marblehead. Set up Berkshire in a U-shaped forum for 25. Or use Quincy's 1,127 square feet for a 150 person reception.
Main Lobby – Third Floor
Petite yet elegant and functional, Chatham is sure to impress your board members and attendees. Host a small corporate function or throw an intimate banquet for 48 in this flexible 585 square foot space.
This room is located off of the main lobby and features 2,274 square feet of space making Cape Cod the ideal venue for a theater-style presentation. Arrange the room in a hollow square to seat up 62 attendees for your next focus group.
This meeting space is the largest room off of the main lobby. Martha’s Vineyard is a 2,700 square foot venue with custom designed wall coverings and adjoining foyer making it the perfect room for an elegant reception or for corporate function.
This updated, modern room can hold 18 six-foot exhibit tables. Train your sales force of 80 classroom style in this lovely salon with taupe walls and dark crown molding. This room also has an adjacent outdoor terrace. This meeting space has large windows overlooking the adjoining outdoor terrace, featuring an abundance of natural lighting.
Our 5,046 square foot ballroom is accented by crystal chandeliers, gold-leaf tray ceilings and beautifully paneled walls. Lead your guests through French doors to an outdoor terrace. Divide the room in half for smaller affairs for 150, or use the whole room to stage an awards ceremony theater-style for 600.
Ideal for intimate banquets or pre-functions and adjacent to the Grand Ballroom, Adrienne Salon makes for a unique and singular pre-event gathering spot. Check-in meeting registrants in this 1,560 square foot space or arrange it in a u-shape for up to 45 attendees to encourage an energetic dialogue.
Cambridge and Ipswich, 368 and 400 square feet, respectively, are designated as permanent board rooms. Moderate your meeting for 13 in Cambridge or 16 in Ipswich.
